Meet Erin

Erin is motivated and within 5 minutes of meeting her, you will be too. Whether it’s her infectious energy or intoxicating enthusiasm, Erin has a way of making any workout an adventure.

With more than 15 years in health and fitness, Erin is a firm believer in strength - of body, mind and heart. With 25+ years as a competitive runner, she knows that you need all the above to kick butt and take names inside and outside the gym.

Along with physical fitness, Erin will also coach you in mindfulness through breathing exercises, journaling and visualization to flex those mental muscles you need to be present and calm in this whirlwind called life.

In the days before Lingle Fitness, Erin was intensely career-focused and is the first to admit her health took a backseat in the interest of climbing the educational leadership ladder. Anxious and depressed, she soon learned that she could not hope to be the leader she strove for if she compromised her mental and physical health.

Fast forward to 2017, Erin founded Lingle Fitness based on the philosophy that only by making yourself and your health a priority will you have the strength to soar in any and every area of your life. You are worth your health and Erin is on a mission to help you realize and act on that fundamental truth.

Originally from Buffalo, Erin digs Canadian rock music and old school hip hop. When she isn’t sweating it out boxing, spinning, kayaking, paddleboarding, or just about anything in between, you can find her hanging out with her husband, Amol, and their furbaby, Cody.

You Are Worthy + Worth It

I’ve been there. When you are the last person you tend to at the end of the day. When weeks become months since you took a long, deep breath ...let alone gotten a workout in. When you become a slave to the scale and are afraid of finding a mirror around the corner. When the burden on your shoulders threatens to bring you to your knees and your anxiety is the first thing that greets you in the morning.

I’ve been there and promise you there is a better way to live.

If you learn nothing else from me, I hope you learn that you deserve better. You deserve to feel strong, capable and confident. You deserve to be a priority. You deserve to love your amazing, beautiful body and your amazing, beautiful self.

You deserve your best you and your fullest life. I will help you find your strength. Together, we will flourish.
